Why?
Being an adult is hard. One day you wake up and realize you are not a kid anymore but also realize you don't quite have "adulting" down yet. You know the capital of all the states and trigonometry but you can't balance a check book or budget to save your life.
Adulting 101 is everything you wish you learned in High School. We offer several courses and classes to help you feel more like an adult. I started Adulting 101 because I like others found myself saying "I wish I learned this in high school" and I realized why not teach classes that can help others?!
Whether you are a adult in your 40's still trying to get a hang of this adutlng or in your teenage years and wanting to get prepared for the real world, we have classes for you!

Is Life a Game?
This is an interactive workshop where you choose a career, and learn to budget. You have to choose whether or not you get married, have kids, where to live, what you drive and more. While doing this you learn things such as: Gross Pay vs Take Home Pay, Budgeting, Balancing your checkbook and more!
Internet Safety 101:
You found that?!
This presentation covers the basics of internet safety and how to erase as much of your personal information as possible from the web. This class is helpful for people of all ages especially our Kupuna to understand what is phishing and scams, how to identify them, and how to avoid being a victime. Learn how to erase your information from websites that make finding you EASY.
Family 101 Binder:
Be Prepared!
If there was an emergency do you have all your family information in one place? What information should you keep together. A Family 101 Binder helps you keep your information all in one place should there be an emergency. If you need to evacuate, or a babysitter needs to take your child to the emergency or should anything happen to you.
